The rules for using Rent Wallet.

By downloading or using Rent Wallet, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the app.

Rent Wallet is provided for managing your own rental properties, tenants, and payment records. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes, and you're responsible for the accuracy of any information you enter — property details, tenant records, rent amounts, and agreements.

You may not use the app to store or process information you don't have the right to hold, such as another party's data without their consent.

Rental data you enter is stored locally on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for backing up or exporting your own data — uninstalling the app or clearing its storage will remove it permanently, and Cloud ALPH has no copy to restore it from.

Rent Wallet is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, fully compatible with every device, or fit for any specific purpose beyond general rent tracking.

To the extent permitted by law, Cloud ALPH is not liable for any loss of data, income, or business arising from your use of, or inability to use, Rent Wallet. This includes losses resulting from data stored only on your device being lost, corrupted, or deleted.

The app may rely on platform services from Google, Apple, or Expo to distribute, update, or operate. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and Cloud ALPH is not responsible for how they perform.

You may stop using Rent Wallet at any time by uninstalling it. We may also update, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature at our discretion, though we'll aim to give notice for any change that affects how your local data is handled.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Cloud ALPH's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law in your country grants you rights that can't be waived.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
